Most websites seem to have an "About Us" page so I guess we should have one.

We are Pete and Jean and have been 'owned by' Afghan Hounds for the last 25 years or so. Our present Afghans are Oscar and Dillon and they are now 13 years of age, It's really because of them that we developed an interest in pet healthcare issues. We have a particular interest in the complementary approach to pets health.

Both of our dogs have had successful Homeopathic treatments in the past, including Nosodes for Kennel Cough. They have also recently had Chiropractic treatments which they seemed to very much enjoy. We have read a lot about the issues of vaccine damage and as a consequence have not had our dogs vaccinated for the past 4 years. We are convinced that Oscar suffered some form of vaccine damage as a puppy.

We have spent many hours, days, possibly weeks searching the internet for help and advice to assist us in finding an 'alternative' method of treatment to the varied and many ailments that our dogs have had over the years.

We have gained an insight into the wide and varied ways of treating our pets from - Aromatherapy to Homeopathy and Bach Flowers to Tellington Touch.

We hope to pull together the vast amount of information that is out there in cyberspace and make the best of it available to you via this website.
